Enjoyed working with Steve Bass and Brian Webb to also include Stephen Heilmann, however the Sales manager was a tremendously a huge disappointment to say the least. I purchased a new 2025 Serria 2500HD Ultimate Denali a year prior with the previous Sales manager a delight to work with. This time the sales manager Danny was very rude and very unfriendly and seemed to care less about our purchase of the Yukon Denali....... The only reason I did take delivery was due to the expert relationship with Scott , Brian & Stephen.
The dealership was very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The sales associate that worked with me was fantastic at listening to all my needs in the purchase of a vehicle. He put me in a great vehicle. Unfortunately I was not impressed with how long it took to actually drive it off the lot. I purchased on Monday, labor day, had to return on Tuesday with title and insurance. Then was told the vehicle needed work done before I could take the car. Was told to come back the next day. Still was not ready due to wrong parts delivered. Had to be at airport Thursday afternoon, vehicle still was not ready. The salesman Brian, drove me to airport and picked me back up when I returned Monday morning. Finally car was ready. Brian was absolutely fantastic. Please make sure future vehicles are completely ready to be sold before putting on the lot. I was extremely frustrated. The staff was terrific!!! Thank you Brian!!!

Don’t ever buy anything from this place because I bought a car July of last year. The car didn’t run well the same day I got it called back got the runaround and no one ever fixed the problem now I have a blown motor then up there still trying to talk to them about the car still getting a runaround now I’m stuck with time no running car then I’m still making payment sound. I was told that the general manager was out and he told me before he went out that he was gonna have someone to take care of the issue and the issue is still not been taken care of and this been since February 14 so now this place doesn’t even deserve a one and deserves a -0
We just purchased a new 2024 Chevy blazer and it was the best experience yet my 3rd vehicle in 4 years sales guy Stephen Bass was awesome to work with he was very helpful n sales manager Manny always does a great job he's been involved in all 3 vehicles I definitely will continue using them n highly recommend them thanks Eddie Brown
TeamchevyNC - mediocre dealer at best. BUYER BEWARE especially if you are purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership. Disinterested salesperson (with no follow up after my cash purchase) that misinformed (at best) and misled (at worst) me regarding the detail that goes into inspecting a used vehicle before it goes on the lot and the limited warranty offered by the dealership. Basically if it starts, goes, and stops…that is all the info that Teamchevync needs to know to put it on the lot and issues that I consider being “safety issues” are overlooked and not disclosed and not included in the limited warranty. Granted it was an older and fun/weekend car purchase for me, but safety is safety. Good luck getting through to someone to share your concerns with. My salesperson no longer works there. After many calls and missed connections, I eventually did get to speak to a manager, unfortunately my concerns came down to money, so nothing will be done. Oh well! I’ve bought enough cars over the years to know better than to get star struck by the right color! Do your due diligence and take your time examining the vehicle from top to bottom. Take it to your mechanic. Get everything in writing!
Absolutely awful. Their service department overcharges, is extremely rude and takes 5 times as long as it should to complete work. Avoid at all costs if you value your time and appreciate courteous and fairly priced service.
Jason in finance overcharged $200 for a mandatory warranty they make you purchase for the sale of a used car. Said they would mail a refund check for the difference and they never did. Called multiple times to find out the status of the check and Manny, Andy, Jason, Danielle, Walter and Stephanie have not responded or returned multiple calls. Once you drive your car off the lot you will be ghosted.
Had a scheduled appointment for a repair they recommended, apt was for 8:00 am, I got there at 7:45 and they told me the tech qualified to do the repair would not be there and they couldn’t do the repair. It was scheduled that day because that was when he was supposed to be there. Service rep said the text I got the day before confirming was automated and didn’t matter. She thought the text she sent as I was arriving covered her. Her coworker left the service area and went out to where I had left my car parked with the drivers window down. She was acting shifty, after I left I discovered my window control panel had been damaged. They are liars, thieves and apparently vandals! I’ve heard countless horror stories and I guess it’s shame on me for giving them the benefit of doubt.
Wow! There's BAD, then there is UGLY, and then there is "Team Chevorlet Buick GMC of Salisbury." I went there to buy a new car which they told me on phone (after checking thoroughly in their multiple systems) that they had it avaliable on their lot. I reach there and nobody knew where the car was, which I can understand, as mistakes sometimes happen. But they all acted as if it was my mistake, as their sales manager said "We never claimed we had this vehicle". I was shocked by their RUDE behavior. All they had to say was that it was a miscommunication (not even a mistake). But no, the manager kept telling me how I was wrong in this case. And, here's the grand finale of his UNPROFESSIONAL behavior, when I asked him about the person who told me that the car was available, he said, "I don't know who told you that," and then WALKED AWAY leaving me sitting alone in his office. I thought he had gone to check on this, but a couple of minutes later another person came in and told me "The manager asked me to tell you that our meeting is over". I was dumbfounded as I walked out of this place. They are a "Team" alright, a team of incompetents who have zero aptitude for doing their jobs.
