DENTON, NC | 2019 GMC AcadiaFebruary 6, 2023Our oil change appointment was at 8:45. We left at about 10:30. When the tech put out vehicle in the lot, we got a nail in a tire. When I brought the vehicle back into the shop, the woman asked what we wanted her to do about it. (Not in a nice tone. (Rude). Then told me I would have to wait until they had time to repair it. Told me it was $40 to repair the tire. Then another person corrected her saying only about $20. I talked to the another manager in the front of the office (sales manager I believe). He took care of the issue. The woman I talked to from service had made a rude comment to me low enough that I could not hear her as I went to the front to find assistance.Response from Team Chevrolet GMC
